Philip Stackhouse is a Director at United Services Automotive Association (USAA), which is a diversified financial services company providing banking, investing, and insurance to the military community with over 12 million members. Philip has over 13 years of Risk Management experience at USAA.

Currently Philip works in the Chief Risk Office supporting enterprise-wide efforts where he is responsible for financing and tranferring USAA's corporate risks through commercial insurance markets, USAA's wholly-owned captive insurance company (EICIC), and consulting on contract-related issues. Additionally, he is responsible for leading a wide range of risk management related activities for USAA including the Risk Appetite Program, Planning Risk Analysis, Risk Identification, and Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) program.

In previous roles at USAA, Philip supported the USAA Bank and P&C companies by executing various operational risk management processes, implementing effective governance programs, and performing a wide variety of risk assessments supporting key business decisions and initiatives.

Philip received a BBA in Corporate Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas and holds an Associate Risk Management (ARM) designation. Philip lives in San Antonio with his wife and two children.
