Henry Siller

USAA

Henry Siller currently leads the corporate insurance team at USAA.  In this role, Henry manages the administration of all corporate insurance programs, oversees the management of USAA’s wholly owned captive insurance company and consults with the procurement team on contractual risk transfer matters. 

Henry joined the team in 2016 after 13 years with Texas Instruments where he worked in both the corporate risk management department and in various business units within TI's Semiconductor division as a financial controller. Prior to beginning his career in corporate finance, he spent three years as a high school economics teacher and baseball coach, as well as two years as a management control auditor for the state of Texas. 

Henry holds a BS in Business Administration from Trinity University, a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.  Henry has the designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM), American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, is currently serving as a Director on the Texas Captive Insurance Association (TxCIA) Board and is a former Director and Chapter Treasurer for DFW Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
