TxCIA is excited to return to San Antonio for our 2026 Annual Conference! This year's event will be held October 13-14, 2026, at the recently opened Kimpton Santo San Antonio - Riverwalk.

Our 2025 conference was the most well-attended in TxCIA's history, and we look forward to an even more successful 2026 event. Make plans to join us in San Antonio this October!

Registration is now open! Save $150 compared to advance pricing by taking advantage of early bird rates! Early bird pricing will be available through August 28.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

More information on this year's conference schedule is coming soon. To help inform your planning, please review the following conference highlights:

  • The 2026 Conference will feature our annual Captive 101 session at approximately 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13.
  • A Welcome Reception will be held Tuesday evening at 5:00 pm at the Anaqua Garden Bar, just steps from the conference hotel.
  • Wednesday, October 14 will feature a full day of conference programming, followed by an informal Happy Hour (location TBD).

TxCIA is seeking proposals for educational sessions to be presented at the 2026 Annual Conference.

We are looking for engaging, forward-looking sessions that deliver insights relevant to today’s captive insurance professionals, with a focus on practical solutions and innovative strategies. Preference will be given to proposals that are led by TxCIA members, include captive owners, and feature a mix of industry perspectives. Sessions at TxCIA's Annual Conference are typically 45 minutes in length.

TxCIA encourages diversity of experience, background, and professional roles across all sessions.

Submissions are due by May 1, 2026, at 5:00 pm CDT. Selected presenters will receive discounted conference registration.

 

 

CONFERENCE HOTEL

This year's conference will be held at the newly opened Kimpton Santo San Antonio - Riverwalk. A limited number of discounted guest rooms are available under TxCIA's room block, with rates starting at $239/night.
